Most personalized gifts require 3–5 business days to carefully create and prepare before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
After your order has been handcrafted, standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.
Can I change my personalization after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Because every item is made to order, we may not be able to make changes once production has started.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because personalized items are made especially for you, we’re unable to accept regular returns on customized products. If we made an error with your personalization or sizing, we'll make it right.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
If we made an error with your personalized item, simply contact us with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
